sooo,Last time i was on here i was about 136…that was idk,maybe 3 weeks ago? im now,133 pounds…i haven’t been doing my intense cardio,or even eating right .
*i might have lost weight but i actually feel fatter then i did when i was 136…you will be so surprised with how eating healthy & even working out a little bit will make you feel !! i now truly believe in that whole ” the number on the scale doesn’t mean anything ” but anyways now that my back is better & all the other shitty issues i had after that is FINALLY gone ; I’m going to start back up with that intense cardio…starting Monday,going to go shopping tomorrow & get some new workout clothes / shoes to get me motivated! yayyyy <33
